Representative Liz Barbour

Liz Barbour is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough District 35. She assumed office on December 4, 2024, and her current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Liz Barbour has been a resident of Hollis, New Hampshire, since 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Syracuse University. Liz is married and has two adult children who were raised and educated in Hollis. A small business owner since 2004, Liz founded “The Creative Feast,” a culinary instruction business that has grown to serve clients across New England and nationwide through online platforms. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to innovation have been key to her success.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Liz is deeply involved in her community. She has volunteered on numerous town committees and projects, including the Farley Building Community Center Committee, the Historic District Commission, and the Hollis Old Home Days Committee. In 2023, she launched “The Positively Hollis Project,” a web-based news platform and quarterly newspaper aimed at celebrating the Hollis community and fostering connections among its residents.

Liz is passionate about preserving the natural beauty and unique identity of New Hampshire. She is committed to championing limited government, individual freedoms, and excellence in education. Her dedication to public service reflects her belief in the importance of community and her desire to ensure that every New Hampshire citizen can “Live Free.”
