Representative Manoj Chourasia

Manoj Chourasia is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough District 11. He assumed office on December 4, 2024, and his current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Manoj Chourasia has a rich background as an IT professional and entrepreneur, with over 30 years of experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) BHU in India. A resident of Nashua, New Hampshire, since 2002, Chourasia has been deeply involved in community service for more than two decades. His efforts have included advocating, volunteering, and fundraising for organizations such as the Nashua Soup Kitchen and the Nashua Homeless Shelter, as well as similar initiatives in Manchester and Derry. He has also organized a Medicare camp in Nashua for seniors and led fundraising efforts to support hurricane victims in Florida and Puerto Rico.

In addition to his professional and community service accomplishments, Chourasia has been a leader within the India Association of New Hampshire for over 20 years, currently serving as its Vice President. His dedication to fostering cultural connections and supporting the local community has made him a respected figure in Nashua and beyond. As a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Chourasia serves on the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee, where he contributes to discussions and decisions on matters related to commerce, banking, insurance, and economic development. His commitment to public service and his extensive experience in both professional and community spheres position him as a valuable representative for his district.
