Representative Melissa Litchfield

Melissa Litchfield is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She represents Rockingham District 32. Melissa assumed office on December 4, 2024, and her current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Melissa Litchfield resides in Brentwood, New Hampshire, and has a strong background in both education and professional experience. She graduated from West Boylston Senior High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Assumption University in 1993. Her career has been marked by her expertise in the insurance industry, where she has worked as an underwriting consultant with Merrill Lynch and as a senior underwriter with companies like Paul Revere Insurance, Berkshire Life, and Liberty Mutual.

In addition to her professional achievements, Melissa has been deeply involved in her local community. She has served on the Brentwood School Board since 2013, holding the position of chair since 2015. Her commitment to education extends to her roles on the Exeter Regional Cooperative School Board and the SAU 16 Joint Board, where she has been an active member since 2013. Melissa has also contributed to the Brentwood Municipal Budget Committee as a school board representative since 2018.

Melissa’s dedication to public service and her community is evident in her legislative work and her ongoing efforts to address the needs of her constituents.
