Representative Paul Berch

Paul Berch is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Cheshire District 6. He assumed office on December 4, 2024, and his current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Paul Berch has had a long and distinguished career in public service and law. Before entering politics, he worked as a public defender and private attorney, dedicating decades to advocating for justice and fairness. His dedication to public service extends beyond his legislative duties, as he has contributed to drafting constitutions for Zambia and Uganda and has held leadership roles in organizations like the Brattleboro Area Synagogue.

Paul Berch’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He is married, has two children, and is a proud grandfather. His extensive experience and unwavering commitment to his constituents make him a respected figure in New Hampshire politics.
