Representative Robert Harb Contact information

Robert Harb is a member of the Republican Party and currently serves in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 20. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, Harb has a rich educational background. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1972, an LL.M. from Boston University in 1975, and a J.D. from Boston University in 1976. His career experience includes working as an attorney.

In addition to his political career, Harb has held several positions in local organizations. He has served as the president of the Plaistow Exchange Club, the director of the Plaistow YMCA, and the president of the New England Morgan Horse Association, Inc.

Harb has also been involved in local government. He has served as the Plaistow, NH Town Moderator and the Timberlane School District Moderator. He was also the Past Chair of the Plaistow First Committee in Plaistow, NH.

Outside of his professional life, Harb has a variety of interests. He is a 6th Degree Black Belt and Instructor in Shotokan Karate. He was a former member of the North American Karate–Do Federation Inc (NAKF) International Karate Team Coach NAKF International Karate Team. He co-founded the Boston University Shotokan Karate Club and founded the Haverhill Shotokan Karate-Do Club in Haverhill, MA. He was also a former professional guitar player and is an equestrian. He was a former National Director of Western Dressage Association (WDA).

Robert Harb is married to Cindy (Blackadar) Harb and they have two adult children.
