Suzanne Vail is an American politician who serves as a Democratic member for the Hillsborough 6th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She assumed office on December 7, 2022, and her current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Vail is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 29 from 2012 to 2014. She ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Hillsborough 6 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Born and raised in Nashua, Vail graduated from T.C. Williams High School in 1980. She earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of New Hampshire at Manchester in 1995. Her career experience includes working as a nurse assistant with Regency Home Health Care, LLC, a support group administrator, and a psychiatric rehabilitation specialist/case manager with the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center. Vail has served as the committee chair of The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.

In her tenure, Vail has been assigned to several committees. For the years 2023-2024, she was assigned to the Resources, Recreation and Development Committee. In 2021-2022, she was also assigned to the same committee. In 2019-2020, Vail was assigned to the House Transportation Committee. At the beginning of the 2013 legislative session, Vail served on the Municipal and County Government committee.

Vail’s commitment to her community extends beyond her political career. She is a former Nashua Community Services Provider and an advocate for environmental justice, representing Nashua Ward 3. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Executive Committee.
