Born in Clovis, New Mexico, Vincent now resides in Lincoln County. Prior to his political career, Vincent worked as a firefighter and EMT with Lincoln County. He is also a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).

In his tenure as a representative, Vincent has been assigned to the Health & Human Services Committee and the Labor, Veterans’ And Military Affairs Committee. He has sponsored several bills, although the specific details of these bills are not readily available.
