Representative Chris Measmer

Chris Measmer is a member of the Republican Party and currently serves in the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 34. He assumed office on April 10, 2025, and his current term will conclude on January 1, 2027.

Christopher Allen Measmer was born and raised in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, where his family’s roots trace back to the early 19th century. He graduated from Central Cabarrus High School before continuing his education at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2009.
