Representative Eric Ager
J. Eric Ager (Democratic Party) is a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 114. He assumed office on January 1, 2023, and his current term ends on January 1, 2025. Ager is running for re-election to the same position.
Biography: J. Eric Ager has a distinguished military background. He served in the U.S. Navy in various roles, including as an assistant combat direction center/operations department training officer, a helicopter squadron department head, the Europe desk officer, and a U.S. naval attaché. Ager earned a B.S. in political science and government from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1996 and a master’s degree in international relations and affairs from Atilim University in Turkey in 2005.
