Born on December 17, 1962, Marschall has a rich background that has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to serve his constituents effectively. He is a small business owner, running the Three Lyons Pub. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education and a Master’s degree in Business, with a focus on Automotive Tech.

In addition to his business and political pursuits, Marschall has a commendable record of military service. He served in the Air National Guard for 2.5 years and the Air Force, accumulating a total of 24.5 years of military service. His commitment to service extends to various organizations, including the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the American Legion, and the National Rifle Association (NRA).

Marschall’s work in the North Dakota House of Representatives has been marked by his active participation in various committees.
