Representative Bob Martinson
Bob Martinson is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party. He represents District 35 in the North Dakota House of Representatives. He has been serving in this position since 2000.
Born on August 19, 1952, in Bismarck, North Dakota, Martinson has dedicated a significant part of his life to public service. Before his current term, he served in the House from 1973 to 1997. He also held the position of Majority Leader from 1993 to 1995.
In addition to his political career, Martinson has had a diverse professional background. He is an Independent Landman and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary. He also served in the North Dakota Army National Guard, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Martinson’s contributions extend beyond politics and professional pursuits. He has been involved with several community organizations, including the American Legion, AMVETS, ELKS, Moose, and Eagles.
He is married to Jodi and they reside at 2749 Pacific Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58501-2513.
