Representative Dwight Kiefert
Dwight Kiefert is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party. He was born on September 1, 1960, in Valley City, North Dakota. He is married to Robbin and they have three children.
Kiefert is a farmer by profession and also runs an agribusiness. He received his education from Valley City High School. In addition to farming, he has experience as a contractor and is the owner of Kiefert Construction.
He has been serving as a representative in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 2013, representing District 24. His current term ends on December 1, 2024. He is running for re-election to the North Dakota House of Representatives to represent District 24 and is on the ballot in the Republican primary on June 11, 2024.
During his tenure, Kiefert has been a part of several committees. He has served on the Interim Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, Health Services Committee, and Human Services Committee. He has also been a standing member of the Agriculture and Human Services committees during the 68th Legislative Assembly - Regular Session in 2023.
