Jeffery J. Magrum is an American businessman, plumber, and politician serving as a member of the North Dakota Senate from the 8th district. He previously served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from the 28th district.

Born and raised in Hazelton, North Dakota, Magrum attended the North Dakota State College of Science for one year. He is self-employed and has had a diverse career as a businessman and rancher. He is also a licensed master plumber and a licensed pump and pitless unit contractor. He holds a North Dakota Class A contractor license.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Magrum has been involved in various community and environmental organizations. He is a member of the Beaver Valley Horse Club and Voices for Lake Oahe. He has also served as the mayor of Hazelton, North Dakota, and has been a commissioner for Emmons County. He was also on the board of Emmons County Social Service.

Magrum began his political career when he was elected to the North Dakota House of Representatives in November 2016. He assumed office on December 1, 2016. After serving in the House of Representatives, he was elected to the North Dakota Senate from the 8th district and assumed office on December 1, 2022.
