Representative Jim Jonas
Jim Jonas is a dedicated public servant and a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He represents District 13, which includes the city of West Fargo.
Before his political career, Jonas was a teacher and coach at West Fargo High School. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Minot State University. His commitment to education extends beyond the classroom as he has been affiliated with the West Fargo Public School Board, the West Fargo Education Foundation, and the West Fargo Exchange Club.
Jonas is a member of the Republican Party. He assumed office on December 1, 2022, and his current term ends on December 1, 2026. He ran for election to the North Dakota House of Representatives to represent District 13 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
