Representative Jim Kasper
Jim Kasper Jones is a distinguished member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 46. He has been serving in the House since 2001, making significant contributions to the state’s legislative processes.
Born on May 17, 1945, in Neosho, Missouri, U.S., Jim Kasper Jones has had a rich educational background. He earned his Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Bismarck State College in 1966 and later pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Economics from North Dakota State University in 1968.
In addition to his political career, Jim Kasper Jones has had a successful professional journey. He is the President of Asset Management Group, Inc. His dedication to service extends beyond his professional life as he served in the United States Army Reserve from 1968 to 1974.
Over the years, Jim Kasper Jones has held several key positions in the House. He has been the Chairman of the House, GVA Committee from 2013 to 2021, and the Chairman of the Special House Committee on Ethics in 2019. He has also been a part of various committees like the House Industry, Business and Labor Committee, and the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
Jim Kasper Jones has been recognized for his work on multiple occasions. He was awarded the Distinguished Friend of ND Pharmacy Award in 2010.
