Justin Gerhardt is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party. He is currently serving as a senator in the North Dakota State Senate, representing the 34th district. His tenure began on October 23, 2023, when he was appointed to fill the seat left vacant by the death of former Senator Doug Larsen.

Before his political career, Gerhardt worked as a construction project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University, which he earned in 2004.

In addition to his professional and political careers, Gerhardt has a distinguished military background. He served in the North Dakota Army National Guard from 1997 to 2006. During this time, he was deployed in support of Operations of Iraq and Enduring Freedom.
