About Representative Patrick San Nicolas
Patrick Hofschneider San Nicolas is a Republican member of the Northern Mariana Islands House of Representatives from District 6, which covers Tinian and Aguiguan. He took office on January 11, 2021, and served as House Minority Leader from January 2023 until February 2025. Before entering the Legislature, he was a police officer with the Department of Public Safety and an investigator and later commissioner with the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission. In April 2026 he ran for mayor of Tinian but lost the Republican primary to Antonio San Nicolas Borja.
