About Representative Ralph Yumul
Ralph Naraja Yumul is a member of the Northern Mariana Islands House of Representatives from District 3 who has run without party affiliation in recent elections, although he identifies as a Republican. Born on Saipan in 1971, he was first elected to the House in 2012, lost reelection in 2016, and returned to the chamber in January 2019. He previously served as director of the Small Business Development Center operated by the CNMI Department of Commerce and served on the Saipan council before his first election. He attended California State University at Hayward and graduated from National University.
