Representative Tom Young
Representative Tom Young is a dedicated public servant who is currently serving his first term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 37th district, which covers most of southern Montgomery County.
Tom Young is a Republican and was elected unopposed in 2020. Before his election to the 37th district, he first attempted to run for House District 42 in 2014. However, he could not gain enough support from the Montgomery County Republican party at that time, losing the nomination to now Senator Niraj Antani.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, Tom Young resides in Washington Township, Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in 1980. His career experience includes working as the senior vice president of a wealth management firm.
