Lynn P. Findley (born 1952), a member of the Republican Party, is an American politician serving in the Oregon State Senate. He represents the 30th district, which covers much of Eastern Oregon. He assumed office on January 9, 2020.

Representative Court Boice is a Republican politician currently serving the 1st district in the Oregon House of Representatives. This district includes Curry County and parts of Coos and Douglas counties. Boice assumed office on February 9, 2023. The seat had been vacant since January 11, when David Brock Smith, the district’s previous representative, took the Oregon State Senate seat for the 1st district after Dallas Heard resigned from the Senate. Prior to his appointment to the state legislature, Boice was a Curry County commissioner.

Boice’s career experience includes working as a legislative assistant. He served as the chair of the Curry County Board of Commissioners and on the Oregon State Marine Board. He was also the owner and operator of Paradise Wilderness Lodge from 1973 through 2007 and part owner of Jerry’s Jet Boats from 1973 to 1997.

Boice has served on numerous boards and commissions, including the Association of Oregon Counties District 4-5 County Chair, Oregon Coast Zone Management Association – Chair, Coquille Tribal Grant Funding Board of Trustees, Governor’s Fire Response Council, Coos – Curry County Housing Task Force, Association of O & C Land -BLM Counties, Travel Southern Oregon Coast, Sudden Oak Death Task Force, Rogue Siskiyou Regional Fire Training Center, and Southern Oregon Workforce Investment Board.

He has also held several accreditations, including Coos-Curry Douglass Business Development, Board Member 86-88, 2017-present, South Coast Business Development, Corp. Board Member 88-90, US Coast Guard White Water Inland Operators’ License 1973- present, Licensed to Perform Wedding in Oregon 1998- present, OSU Master Gardner Graduate 2011, 30 Years Training in CPR/First Aid, and Oregon State Contractors License #177247, 2008-2009.

Boice was born in Gold Beach, Curry County, Oregon. In May of 1971, as a junior in high school, he won a scholarship to spend a week with southern Oregon Congressman John Dellenback and his family in Washington, D.C.
