Andrew Kuzma is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 39. He is a member of the Republican Party. He assumed office on December 1, 2022, and his current term ends on November 30, 2024.

Andrew Kuzma was born and raised in western Pennsylvania. He graduated from Elizabeth Forward High School in 2014. He then pursued higher education at the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry in 2018. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Duquesne University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2021.

Before his political career, Andrew Kuzma worked as an attorney. His career in law provided him with valuable experience and skills that he now applies in his role as a legislator.

In the 2023-2024 legislative session, Andrew Kuzma serves on three House committees: Game & Fisheries, Local Government, and Professional Licensure. He also holds the position of Republican Chair on the Subcommittee on Counties under the Local Government Committee.

Andrew Kuzma ran for election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 39 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He defeated Richard Self in the general election for Pennsylvania House of Representatives District 39.
