Judy Schwank serves as a Democratic Senator for District 11 in the Pennsylvania state legislature.

Before joining the Senate, Schwank served as a Berks County Horticulture Agent for Penn State Cooperative Extension. In the Senate, Schwank has served as the Caucus Administrator since 2021. Schwank became the first female Berks County Commissioner in 2000. Schwank is also the former President and CEO of 10,000 Friends of PA and the former Dean of Agriculture & Environmental Science at Delaware Valley College. Graduated Penn State University, 1982, M.Ed., Agri.
