Senator Sue Peterson

Sue Peterson is a Republican member of the South Dakota State Senate, representing District 13. She assumed office on January 14, 2025, and her current term is set to end on January 12, 2027.

Sue Peterson has been a dedicated public servant with a strong commitment to her community. Before her tenure in the State Senate, she served in the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing the same district from 2017 to 2025.
