Senator Brent Hagenbuch

Brent Hagenbuch is a Republican member of the Texas State Senate, representing District 30. He assumed office on January 14, 2025, and his current term is set to end on January 9, 2029.

Senator Hagenbuch brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role in public service. Before entering politics, he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, where he demonstrated leadership and commitment during the Gulf War era. His academic background is equally impressive, holding a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s degree in civil engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from UCLA.

In addition to his military and academic achievements, Hagenbuch has had a successful career in business. He is the owner and chairman of Titus Transport, Inc., a company specializing in transportation services. His professional journey also includes roles in strategy and general management at McKinsey & Company and PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division, as well as serving as CEO of CompX.

Senator Hagenbuch is deeply involved in his community. He has served on the board of directors for Feed the Children and has been a member of the University of North Texas Logistics Institute Advisory Board. His commitment to youth and community development is evident through his roles as chairman of the Board of Amazon Christian Mission, president of the North Texas Chapter of K-Life youth ministry, and a member of the Little Elm City Planning & Zoning Commission.

Outside of his professional and political life, Brent Hagenbuch is a family man. He has been married to his wife, Jean, for 39 years, and together they have two children and three grandchildren. The Hagenbuch family is actively involved in their local church, Crossridge Church in Little Elm, Texas, where they contribute to various community initiatives.
