Timothy Adrian Jimenez, a member of the Republican Party, is currently serving in the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 28. He assumed office on January 1, 2023, and his current term is set to end on January 1, 2025.

Born in California, Tim Jimenez now resides in Tooele, Utah. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Idaho. His professional background includes working as a journeyman painter and foreman, and as an environmental engineer with Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Tim Jimenez ran for election to the Utah House of Representatives to represent District 28 and won in the general election held on November 8, 2022. He was elected with 100% of the votes, totaling 9,407 votes.

In the 2023-2024 legislative session, Jimenez was assigned to the House Health and Human Services Committee and the House Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee.

As a representative, Tim Jimenez has pledged to hold all public servants accountable to the restraints of The Constitution, regardless of party. He is committed to increasing school choice and home-school funding, removing Critical Race Theory and the National Educator’s Association from Utah schools, and opening up Utah’s public land and resources to fund education and create high-quality jobs. He has also promised to protect his fellow Utahns from federal over-reach, especially as it relates to education, the right to bear arms, and saving the lives of the unborn.

Tim Jimenez has committed to serving a maximum of three terms in the Utah House of Representatives.
