Representative Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller, a member of the Republican Party, serves in the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 45. She assumed office on January 1, 2025, and her current term is set to conclude on January 1, 2027.

Born in California, Tracy Miller has built a life dedicated to public service and community engagement. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Economics from Utah State University in 1992, followed by a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University in 1994. Before her tenure in the Utah House of Representatives, Miller served on the Jordan Board of Education for seven years, including two terms as President. Her leadership extended to the Jordan Education Foundation Board of Directors and the Utah School Boards Association Joint Legislative Committee. She has also contributed to various committees and task forces, such as the Point of the Mountain Working Group and the State Office of Education Computer Literacy Task Force. Her dedication to education was further recognized when she received the Utah PTA Friend of Children Award and the Boy Scouts of America District Award of Merit.
