About Representative J.J. Singh
J.J. Singh serves as a Democratic Representative for District 26 in the Virginia state legislature.
JJ Singh is the President of Retreat Hotels & Resorts, a full-service hotel developer, owner, operator, and asset manager. Singh has held several roles in finance and public service. Singh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from the University of Virginia. Singh also worked in the White House Office of Management and Budget and later served as the Economic Policy Advisor to US Senator Chris Coons. Singh’s public service started in Bolivia, where he was a Peace Corps Volunteer.
