Representative Bill Flanigan

Bill Flanigan is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 4. He assumed office on December 1, 2024, and his current term is set to end on December 1, 2026.

Born and raised in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Bill Flanigan has deep roots in the state he serves. He graduated from Liberty High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Salem Teikyo University in 1996. He furthered his education with a graduate degree from the University of San Francisco in 2000 and a law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2006. His professional journey includes working as an attorney and business owner, showcasing his commitment to both his community and his career.
