Representative Buck Jennings
D. Rolland Jennings was born on September 3rd, 1951, in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He has dedicated 14 years to his education and is a self-employed individual. His family includes his spouse, Evelyn J. Jennings, and their children: Christopher Rolland, Stacey D. Marshall, and Timothy Craig. Additionally, he is a proud grandparent to Cory, Blake, and Evelyn, and a great-grandparent to Casen and Huntlea.
