Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on May 21, 1964, Barbara Dittrich is an American politician. She was elected as a Republican to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2018, securing victory over Democratic candidate Melissa Winker with 57.6 percent of the vote. Representing District 38, which encompasses areas around Oconomowoc and Lake Mills, Dittrich brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Her educational journey includes graduating from Hamilton High School in Sussex, Wisconsin, in 1982. She then attended Waukesha County Technical College in 1983 and later earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1986.
