Representative Elissa Campbell

Elissa Campbell, a member of the Republican Party, serves in the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing District 56. She assumed office on January 6, 2025, and her current term is set to conclude on January 4, 2027.

Born and raised in Wyoming, Elissa Campbell has deep roots in the state and a strong commitment to its values and traditions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy and environmental ethics from the University of Wyoming in 1994. Her professional background includes experience as a business owner and in training and development, showcasing her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.

Throughout her career, Campbell has been actively involved in her community. She has been affiliated with organizations such as Rotary, the Casper Committee on Foreign Relations, and the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, she was appointed to the Governor’s Wyoming Wildlife Task Force, where she worked on top-priority wildlife policy issues alongside state representatives, senators, county commissioners, and the Wyoming Game & Fish Department.

As a legislator, Campbell is focused on supporting and retaining Wyoming’s youth, improving mental and behavioral health services, and ensuring the well-being of residents. She is also a strong advocate for law enforcement, first responders, and military personnel. Her vision for Wyoming includes building a robust and sustainable future for generations to come.
