Thomas Jefferson Busby (born July 26, 1884) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Mississippi. He represented Mississippi’s 4th Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the early twentieth century. Busby’s congressional career placed him among the historical members of Congress from the state, active during a period of significant political and social change in the United States.

Busby began his service in the U.S. House of Representatives on December 3, 1923. He held his seat through six terms, remaining in office until January 3, 1935.
