Joe Seiwert (born August 21, 1951) is a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 101st district. He has served since 2009. In 2017, the American Conservative Union gave him a lifetime evaluation of 77%.

Seiwert was born in Pretty Prairie, Kansas, U.S. He is a member of the Republican party and is married to Linda. They have three children together. Seiwert received his education from the University of Nebraska and Friends University.

In 2022, during a public forum, Seiwert promulgated the litter boxes in schools hoax. His major donors for the 2008 campaign included the Reno County Republican Committee, Kansas Republican Party, Koch Industries, Sunflower Electric Power Corp, and Kansas Insurance Agents.

Seiwert’s tenure in the Kansas House of Representatives began in 2009 and his current term ends on January 13, 2025. He ran for re-election to represent District 101 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Over the years, Seiwert has been assigned to various committees. These include the Agriculture Committee, Water Committee, House Transportation Committee, and Energy, Utilities, and Telecommunications Committee, which he chaired.
