Representative Charlotte DiLorenzo
Charlotte DiLorenzo is a member of the Democratic Party and currently serves in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 10. She assumed office on December 7, 2022, and her current term ends on December 4, 2024.
Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, Charlotte moved to New Hampshire in 1993. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in 1982 with a B.A. in Legal Services. She furthered her education by earning a post-grad certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University Program For Legal Assistants in 1983.
Charlotte has had a diverse career spanning over 35 years in the property management industry in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire. She has held various roles such as Regional Property Manager, Director of Compliance, and Non-Profit Property Management Administrator. She retired in 2015. Notably, she was awarded the National Communities Of Quality Award in 1995 by the National Affordable Housing Management Association for her work at an affordable multi-family property in Boston, Massachusetts.
In addition to her professional achievements, Charlotte has been actively involved in local government. She served on the Newmarket Housing Authority Executive Board from 2012 to 2019. She has been a member of the Rockingham Nutrition Meals on Wheels Program since 2020 and the Rockingham County Executive Committee since 2021. She also joined the Newmarket Advisory Committee of Racial Equity, Inclusion, and Human Rights in 2022.
Charlotte is married to Randy DiLorenzo and they have three adult children and several grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, travel, studying US Civil War History and US Reconstruction Era History, and spending time with her family.
